Customer Success hours are time with a real member of the Customer360 team — not chatbot support. You can use them for platform onboarding and configuration, email sequence strategy and copywriting, DPDP compliance setup, campaign performance reviews, team training sessions, dashboard builds, data audit and cleanup, and integration setup for third-party tools. Unused hours in a given month do not roll over, but we proactively schedule them to make sure they're used productively.
Absolutely — and this is the intended path. All your first-party data, contacts, analytics history, and campaign configurations carry forward when you upgrade. There's no migration cost and no data loss. Most clients who start on Starter upgrade to Growth within 6–9 months as their team grows into the platform. We make the upgrade conversation proactive — your Customer Success team will flag when you're approaching the right trigger points.
Your first-party data belongs to you — permanently. On cancellation, we provide a full data export in CSV and JSON format within 7 days, including your contact database, analytics history, email campaign data, and engagement records. We then delete all copies from Customer360's infrastructure within 30 days and provide a deletion certificate. This is your data, not ours — and this is exactly what makes Customer360 structurally different from Google Analytics, which retains your data indefinitely after you stop using it.
Yes — all plans include a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start the Starter tier trial. For Growth and above, we ask for payment details upfront but do not charge until Day 15. During the trial, your Customer Success hours are available from Day 1 — we want to help you get value as quickly as possible, not leave you to figure it out alone.
No. Add-ons are billed monthly and can be removed at any time with 30 days' notice. We recommend trialling an add-on for 90 days to see its full impact — most clients need 60–90 days to see meaningful ABM or CxI results because these modules depend on accumulating first-party data signals. But there's no contractual lock-in on the add-on layer.
For BFSI clients operating under RBI or IRDAI oversight, Enterprise includes a formal compliance documentation pack — covering data residency evidence (India-hosted AWS infrastructure), processing purpose statements, DPDP Act 2023 compliance certificate, consent audit trail exports, and data localisation evidence. This documentation pack is designed to be submitted directly to your compliance and legal teams and is structured to meet standard RBI IT Framework and IRDAI cybersecurity guidelines requirements.
